There was no hot water in the shower, the room stunk from cigarette smoke, the curtain was too short , so the yard light shone in and the bed had hard bumps in it.

The check in lady noticed i used a walker, she greeted us as we walked in , i told her my name and she advised they have you on the 2nd flr and we don't have an elevator so i'm gojng to move you to main flr if you would like.. That's great i said, what wonderful customer service..She also gave us a card for a taxi to take us to the port..

I didn't like anything about the property. Filty room, bugs crawling around, elevator not working and we are 70 yrs old couldn't climb the stairs with our luggage.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Tampa Bay Extended Stay Airport hotel. The condition of the room was unacceptable, with a dirty floor, a clogged bathtub, a musty smell, and a malfunctioning bathroom door. The lack of basic amenities, such as a bedspread or conditioner, is simply not acceptable. The pillows and mattress were old and uncomfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was unpleasant due to the smell of wd and the noisy TVs in the adjoining rooms. The fact that the elevators were out of order and the hallways were dirty only adds to the already negative experience. I expected a certain level of comfort and cleanliness when booking a hotel, and this place did not meet those expectations. I highly advise against booking a stay at this hotel, as it does not live up to the standards one would expect from a reputable establishment.
