The staff at this hotel is awesome. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The room was clean but I have to say that we couldn't rest well. The lights outside the room( the one in the balcony is automatic so we couldn'turn it off and the hallway lights ) illuminated the whole room at night. Impossible to sleep like that. The doors inside the room made a lot of noise when opening and close. We had an ok experience but honestly I woudn't recommend it to anyone.

Attentive staff, wonderful small complimentary breakfast, beautiful, clean rooms with added balcony. Amazing pool and wonderful free shuttle service too and from Busch Gardens. Don’t get a chance to try the Indian restaurant on site due to only staying for one night, but it smelt delicious. Pool and outdoor area was beautiful as well. Would highly recommend and say again. Was also thankful that they let me and my fiancé keep our bags on site while we went to Busch Gardens for the day until our room as ready due to our flight coming in earlier.

Really great value! A little rough around the edges with maintenance but the bedding was fresh and the beds cozy. Had a microwave and fridge and everything you need for a place to crash at night after a long day. We enjoyed the breakfast. We didn't use the pool or lawn area because it was cold but it looked super nice.

It was very clean. A few things: our room was about 84 degrees when we arrived, and the thermostat was tricky to figure out. Even when we got it cooled down, the living room area was much cooler than the bedroom. There’s a small patio outside the bedroom, but there was an extremely bright light out there, and I called the front desk to ask if there was a way to turn it off, but there wasn’t. The bedroom was very much illuminated during the night, even though the curtains were closed. If you need it completely dark while you sleep, you’re going to have an issue. The centered pool area, bar and yard games is very nice and beautiful! If I were going to Busch Gardens and had my kids in tow, I’d totally stay here again. If it was my wife and I needing a peaceful night away, I’d choose somewhere else.

The room and the staff were excellent. Property is very clean. Breakfast was good with variety. However… the balconies on the front of the property above the lobby ECHO something very fierce. Our neighbors were drinking until the wee early morning, jumping from the balcony to the rooftop on the top
