The bed was comfortable, but the frame should be secured somehow to the vinyl flooring because it slide around too easy. The bathroom is too small they should have taken 2 feet more of the living space to expand the bathroom. You can't stand in front of the vanity because the toilet to too close to the vanity.. the architect should be fired for that. The kitchen was nice ,fridge was good sided. Coffee is always in the lobby which is nice so it's not really needed in the room if you want to fill a mug. The breakfast was ok the first day then it went all down hil, each day us really only waffles or breakfast sandwich. The eggs we mixed with cheese into some kind of puff and the bacon was cooked so long it just fell apart an to. They serve I'm this bakery display glass cabinet with shelves and it makes it so difficult to get the food out. I was there 7 days 6 nights and only ate breakfast there one day the rest of the days it wasn't edible, I went 1/2 mile away to MacDonalds, they have a much better breakfast sandwich. There is a Bob Evans across from MacDonalds if you want to sit down. The laundry machines we ok, there were only two one top load one front load. The front load had mold in it because they had a sign on it that said keep door closed. That's need to be thrown out and put two new top loaders. They charge by the size of the loads wash cycle. So heavy duty cycle $3. The dryer was $2.50. didn't use the pool but it looked nice. I over might be good for one day stay.

Checking in was simple and easy. Breakfast was hot and a nice selection. Coffee was good. Room was very clean and we stayed on the newly renovated floor. Great use of space and lots of storage and kitchenette. Would definitely stay here again. Very close to I-75, dining, and Bass Pro.

The desk staff were exceptional. We stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. Our shower would not completely turn off and it dripped throughout the nite. We reported it the next morning but wasn't told til that evening that it wouldn't be fixed til Mon. Needless to say I loss sleep with it dripping all night long two nights in a row. We put towels down in shower but it still made noise. Then on our last 2 days, the juice machine was out.

Hotel room is gross the floor smells from what the front desk says is glue from new wallpaper for their renovations. This is honestly the dirtiest hotel I’ve been to in the last 5 years. Highly disappointed for a Hilton hotel chain. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay again.

Never again. Wasn’t the best last time thought give it one last try, never again. Completely not worth the price! Rude, entitled staff. Shower leaked loudly the complete stay and couldn’t adjust temp either boiling hot or cold as shower valve was loose and wouldn’t stay where you put it. We asked for laundry bags were told they had none, dishwasher smelled terrible. 2 day we asked for extra pillows and we’re told only 1 left in the entire hotel. We went to go swimming in the afternoon and pool was locked. We asked why and rudely were told probably because of the weather ( was 70 ). She grabbed her keys and said I’ll go unlock it like we were bothering her. And lastly checking out sat and waited as the pair of women were in back in kitchen screwing around and talking loudly. Finnaly they came out like nothing with a hell of an entitled attitude didn’t say good morning or anything didn’t ask how the stay any issues anything. There is a few more things just lesson learned. I’ll NEVER stay at a Hilton property again.
