Properly was clean and rooms were well maintained and set up. Housekeeping only came through one day in a 3 night stay. I was expected them to round on day 2 & 3, not just day 3. Breakfast was ok - waffles were good. They served the same hot food each day and it would be nice to mix it up a bit. The service was subpar. Often barely acknowledging you if you came to desk. No smile at all. I only saw two people smile the whole time I was there. I would stay again because the accommodations were clean and the hotel is close to ice rink, but if the customer service was better, the hotel could be much better.

The Building had very poor mobile phone reception. It was extremely difficult to use mobiile phone or access secured internet services.. Guests should be advised of this problem when reservations are being made.

Awesome stay at this hotel!

We had an awesome experience staying at the hotel. Even though we had a plumbing problem in our bathroom, this did not undermine our great experience. The hotel staff was cordial and helped with the prompt solution to the bathroom problem.

Learn the value of customer service!

Guest service/front desk gave horrible customer service from the beginning to the end. The hotel is lovely, but the one thing they are missing is good customer service! Sadly, that was our 4th visit and we decided we won’t be back. Doesn’t matter how nice the hotel is there are plenty other hotels around that have great customer service along with it. I’ll be sure to tell others to try other hotels nearby to make sure they get the full experience.
