There was no heat in the hotel for both nights. The outside temperature was in the low 40s. TV remotes weren't working. I paid full price for five rooms $1,585 two nights and am waiting for the deposit credit of $500 to be processed on my bank account.

This place had a lot of potential, however the thirst room had some stuff sprayed on the headboard of the bed and the ac didn’t work. I was able to switch to another room that was cleaner but that ac did not work either. The staff was unresponsive.

There was one person working at the front with an almost full hotel on a Saturday night. There were people in from t of us at check in having problems with their booking. When it came to my turn, we got our room key no problem. Went to our room, only to walk into other people in the room, in bed. Went back down to front desk. Waited an hour as she was seeing with another issue with another guest before we got another room with 1 bed for 3 of us.
