To start, I booked this hotel with the option of reserve now, pay later. After it was confirmed, I received numerous phone calls saying that my card did not go through, and that I have to call and use a card to not lose my reservation. Mind you, I haven’t even arrived yet to pay!?? After disagreeing, I arrived a few hours later to check in. Upon check in, I didn’t receive either of my “VIP” packages that were supposed to come with the stay. Not just that, but every night I stayed there, in front of the hotel, they had cars doing burnouts, shooting off fireworks, and whatever other crazy things that had going on in the streets with cops everywhere you look. This terrified my dogs, and they barely would leave the hotel room because of how scared they were. Lastly, on my check out day, I get woken up to a phone call at 8am to move my car because they are starting to paint the side of the hotel I was parked in. Why wasn’t I notified of the outside activities all weekend? Why wasn’t I notified of the “painting” that started at 8am sharp? For all of this hassle, the room was very basic and didn’t include anything other than your basic amenities. I had an okay experience the first time staying here, after the second time, will not return!! Save your money and go to any other nicer hotel in the same area!! I’m positive it would be a better experience!

Smell cigarettes in room ne no cord on phone We change room Lot’s noise we hear everything outside from window No ice in machine,everyone filling cooler. Should reserve machine for small amount only. There was a car show and parking lot was noisy with reving engines and squealing tires until midnight. I had asked to be moved to a back room, but couldn't accommodate. Person at front desk needs to smile., no personality at all

This was an okay stay for one night. I had to wait a bit to get checked in for my stay. I couldn’t find anyone at first. The person who ended up checking me in didn’t acknowledge me to let me know they would be there soon. I didn’t know if they worked at the hotel until they were behind the counter. There wasn’t enough washcloths for everyone. Breakfast was good. Overall, I don’t think I would go back there.

I would go somewhere else…
Stayed here about 2 years ago and had zero complaints, so decided to return for a business trip. Boy, I regretted that decision quickly. I was placed in a room that when I walked in, felt stuffy and damp. I thought it was because the AC was turned up so I turned it down. I started to undo the bed and noticed multiple hairs in the bed and the bed had a damp feeling. When I pulled the blanket down off the bed to check the rest of the bed for any other hairs, I noticed a HUGE stain under the sheets. I lifted the sheets, and took the actual fitted sheet off the bed and there was BLOOD on the mattress. I would’ve taken a picture to share here but I was so disgusted I left the room and went to the front desk. Luckily with no questions asked, I was moved. My second room was fine; no damp feeling upon entering, no mysterious hairs or stains on the mattress either (thank god). The hotel overall is fine. The rooms are rundown but they’re fine for a one-two night stay. I definitley had a different experience my first time staying here years ago, and it’s sad there was such a change leading me to have a poor experience. It’s a quiet hotel and it’s close to the thruway, which I enjoyed, and the price I honestly couldn’t beat, but I don’t see myself returning here. I hope the hotel staff takes the time and takes care of the mattress in room 321, because I hate anyone else to see what I did.

Thank you Pat at the reception desk for the warm welcome. Efficient and easy check in . Gave average for cleanliness because corners are missed and dirt under desk .Trip hazards with defective carpet squares in room. Overall two good night sleep in a calm and air conditioned room

Good little place to stay for a short stop
The front desk clerk on duty when I checked in at about midnight was friendly, personable and made me feel very welcome. I'd been driving for 3 hours on 4th of July, and I was worried that I was getting in so late. but he was ready for me as soon as I got there and gave me some much needed info I asked for as well. I was only there for about 4 hours, but it was a much needed rest before a long flight home.

The room was not renovated as it claimed to be on the site. The room wasn’t that clean and the door to the fridge and microwave was broken as was the closet door. The free breakfast was good and had a good session.

The customer service was above and beyond! I can’t say enough good things about it. The room was nice - updated and clean. I liked that the sink was separate from the toilet/shower. The location is convenient.

Bathroom was dirty. Stains on the shower curtain, towels and walls. Shower barely worked and sprayed water every where. Room had a musty smell. Receptionist was very friendly but unfortunately would not again. Hotel needs work.
