Unexpected water restriction for 4 hours

Check-in was prompt. Unfortunately there was water stoppage for 4 hours from 9am on one of our 6 days stay there, in order to fix an urgent plumbing issue. There was a brief unannounced water stoppage on the day before the 4 hours water stoppage. We were notified via email for the scheduled water restriction, but would prefer to be notified via SMS as well. Overall staff is courteous and service is prompt.

Lovely staff, spacious room, and a very comfortable stay. The only downside was the balcony/outside area was very dirty and not a usable space. Which was a shame as it would be nice to sit outside and enjoy the view.

Nice enough hotel but room only had sheer curtains so I was awake as soon as the sun was up. Not that relaxing on a weekend away. Told staff on check out and response was ‘oh it should have’ they didn’t really care at all.

Always stay here when visiting Sydney

Alway a great place to stay, much better than the city. Easy to be a cab to wherever you want. Spacious and comfortable and easy walk to great restaurants. Parking at the concourse next door is great.
