They need to contact booking agencies to inform them not to advertise their pool which was out of commission for a whole month one of the main reasons for our booking. As well not having hot water for 3 days was an inconvenience yes other hotel rooms were offered around Sydney but logistically it was too difficult to manage such a large group taking up the offer. A discount of $150 per room was given but we felt this did not really compensate us enough . ROOM WAS GINOT FEEL THIS REALLY COMPENSATED US
