The room was fine, clean. Confusion over booking for a business travel for two people - 1 night two rooms is not one room two nights. I was also disappointed at the lack of info in room to obtain food. I though telling people of local area options (other than 7elevennext door) would have been helpful. A drinking glass in each room is also needed.

Pleasant enough stay. Clean room that is showing wear and tear. Quiet - apart from traffic sounds. The communal central meals area is fine but I found it annoying to have to go outside just to put something in the microwave. Staff not very friendly or helpful, just in a hurry. Easy and pleasant light rail ride to central station.
