This is a solid 3 star property, there are no frills & their description of room etc is honest. Pro’s - it is extremely conveniently located & all of Sydney is waiting, staff are very helpful and welcoming. Con’s - no lift, inadequate room ventilation.

The inclusion of a free breakfast each morning at the adjacent’Faved’ cafe was great. The room was clean & had all the amenities required. The staff were helpful. Having a room along the side of the building made it peaceful.

Good location, Kings Cross train station five minutes walk. Did find the rooms were quite dated, with patched maintenance evident. The staff were nice, although we didn’t have much interaction with them. The room was clean, bed firm and they have a stocked mini bar. No lift, but we were aware of that when booking and it only has two upper floors.

The room was below standard. Bathroom had mould on all surfaces and the shower curtain has never been washed!!! Has a BROTHEL vibe about it with mirrors everywhere. Everything is extremely old and worn, furniture damaged. Extremely noisy, can hear all noise from other guests. No lift and no assistance with luggage. Off site parking was ridiculous price. No kitchen or restaurant and nearby cafes were very low quality. Extremely dissatisfied, such a waste of time and money.

The woman who served us at the front desk was lovely and very accomodating! The room was quite nice and facilities were good to use, although the air con may need just a slight dust. The nearby parking garage was a very easy walk, the location is great as its so close to the train station, and overall it was a very nice experience! We will definitely be coming here again.
