It took multiple times asking for early check-in & late checkout, plus requesting parking by app & email. Early check-in & parking were addressed but late checkout was just ignored. When we arrived we had no power (it was 45 degrees outside), this must have been off for quite a while as the fridge & freezer had defrosted throughout & on the floor of the kitchen. The aircon intake vent was so full of dust that no air could get in, so aircon wasn’t working. We vacuumed the vent, pulled copious amounts of dust out & cleaned the system for it to work. We did ph & spoke to someone who was going to send towels to help us cleanup the water but they never arrived. Luckily for us we didn’t use all our towels as we wouldn’t have had any for showers. We spent our whole early check-in time cleaning the place so it was suitable to stay in.

Charming apartment with stone walls, great view and location. Carpet is rather tatty and kitchen lacks enough lighting at night, but overall absolutely gorgeous.

This properties location (views & access to ferry) and the historical building are its only good qualities. Despite previous comments this property is so tired and there is a damp mould smell. All the carpet needs replacing. All the furniture has dirt stains on them. They need to be professionally deep cleaned!!
