"In summer, mountain view rooms are much hotter, as you cannot get cool breeze off the lake/valley. Rooms cannot be cooled by opening the one window -- no through breeze, every sound from neighbors heard, and woken by mosquito bites in the night. Restaurant and terrace lovely. Breakfast adequate."

"The staff was non existent. I didn’t see or talk to anyone while I was there. You check yourself in at a kiosk and validate your room key yourself. The same thing when you check out. Also no AC in the room and it was hot out so we were sweating the whole time in the room."
