Nice room and appreciated being on the 2nd level (outside stairway) and it was quieter than expected for a Friday night. This hotel appeared the better hotel compared with other hotels / motels a few blocks away. Room was clean and spacious. I would stay again for a brief stay. Served it's purpose for my one night stay.

I usually stay here once or twice per month. Staff is alwas friendly and accommodating. Rooms are usually always very clean . However, not so on this stay! There were 3 issues regarding the cleanliness of the room. I mentioned these issues and showed photos of them to the front desk clerk upon my checkout.

Worth a stop, as well as a return trip

First time at this hotel and it won't be the last. The room has recently be remodeled, along with the entire outside. The carpeting is soft and well padded, as are the beds and the linens. They've really done an exceptional job on this property, and it shows. Staff was knocking off cobwebs outside to keep it looking fresh!

Stayed at Baymont Susanville, which recently has opened and appearantly is completeley remodeled and was really happy with it. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was great. Staff were friendly and made check-in easy. Location is convenient with restaurants and stores nearby. Breakfast was kept stocked. Overall, a solid,clean and safe place to stay. I will definitely come back!

The place is very nice. I received my confirmation and did online check in, it said check in at 2:00. when that confirmation was recieved it said check in 3:00. When we arrived, I believe it was about 1:30 we asked if we could check in and the gentleman said we were too early but he would check. We had 2 rooms and asked if we could possibly get 1 as we had to leave for an engagement about 40 minutes away and wanted to put some things in refriderator. we told him we would go grab some lunch and told him we would return in about an hour. We returned and he gave us 2 rooms and upon entering we discovered they were not cleaned. he then moved us 3 more times, upstairs, down stairs and then 1 room up and one room down on opposite sides of building! by this time it was 4:30 and we were late for our event! He did offer to upgrade us to a suite, however that was not ready either. nice place, poor management/staff.

The 1st room we checked into, the bathroom had partially been cleaned. However, there were hairs in the tub, urine on the toilet as well as more hairs. Also water on the floor. The 2nd room had a cleaner bathroom, but the floors were not the cleanest. Within a few minutes of walking in my white socks, they were black on the bottom. Finally, the bottom of the shower curtain was filthy. Rey disappointed in the hotel.
