Nice room and appreciated being on the 2nd level (outside stairway) and it was quieter than expected for a Friday night. This hotel appeared the better hotel compared with other hotels / motels a few blocks away. Room was clean and spacious. I would stay again for a brief stay. Served it's purpose for my one night stay.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Restaurant across the parking lot served a very reasonable breakfast where we were able to watch the parade for the Fair. It was convenient to where we needed to be.

Good stay, mgmt placed a lot of effort in upgrades. Furniture, towels, bed linen , floors. This usually is not the norm for this level of hotels .

Overall great stay

Beautiful newly renovated room with great Dove beauty products. (soap, lotion, body wash) Building felt safe with lots of cameras. The staff was friendly and helpful. Limited parking though.
