Pleasant stay in Susanville

First time there. Had a great stay. Would stay again. Had great beginners luck in the casino. My only complaint was that the pillows were too thick/high. Totally puts neck out of alignment. Next time, I’ll bring my own.

Beautiful room with king size bed. Actually the bed has a jump in the middle, showing its age and with people sleeping mostly on the sides, but it was comfortable. Very clean room and bathroom. Keurig machine for coffee. Friendly staff. The only negative comment is outside there is a table for staff or guests to go smoke. There is no ashtray provided, so there are multiple cigarette butt’s on the ground. This is at the front, so takes away from the ambiance of the place. Otherwise very nice place. We would definitely stay there again.

Room was clean and spacious overall. There was a cigarette smell that seeped into the room from the casino area. The casino was small and slots were very tight. You are forced to put leftover slot money on a casino card instead of receiving a ticket.
