This is my second time staying at this location the first time I didn’t realize how bad it was! This place is very unjust to say the least the first morning I woke up I was startled by a small mouse in the restroom. Didn’t want to make a big deal out of it because I didn’t have anywhere else to go and stay but when I notified them, they did not offer me anything I had to ask for it, nor did they give me another room so that second night I was tormented by this mouse all night and really didn’t have the energy to fight with the staff about what was the right thing to do but I have videos to show proof!

Was very clean inside hotel/room and nice amenities. Hot water was fine and heat worked great. Yes, there's smoke smell in/near the casino. Also, beware. When using hotels.com. The site shows $50 refundable deposit, BUT actual deposit/hold was $150. The listing should be updated. I liked the convenience of the restaurant and mini store, don't have to drive anywhere.

Well let’s start by as I check in my card didn’t work for the deposit. They tell me to call my bank so I pay 225.00 in cash for a deposit to find out that it was there machine that didn’t work not my card. Then the tv didn’t work the phones didn’t work

Nice atmosphere. Rooms very clean. Excellent customer service checking in and checking out. The only downfall is they did not offer drinks in the casino. You had to go to the bar and purchase. Also the slot machines were not ticket in ticket out. You had to get a players card and any winnings were transferred to that card and then you had to go to the cashiers desk if you wanted to get your cash.

I found this casino very pleasant. I am from New Mexico and found that your casino was not a smoke free environment in the inside of the casino. IN NM our casinos are smoke free. That was a little disappointing. Did love the bar area, "z" was a friendly and fun bar tender. The room was very comfortable. The mattress was a little uncomfortable but not bad. Close to my family, that was a big plus. I would stay at this casino again. Thank you.

We stayed at this hotel so we did not have to drive home to Redding after our daughter’s basketball team competed at Lassen High. We did not enter the casino or eat at the restaurant. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke from the casino that lingered in the lobby, but we were so thankful it did not enter the actual rooms. We were also delighted to see it was not a pet-friendly hotel. (Nothing worse than being subjected to other people’s dogs barking nonstop when they are left alone. Or, having them lunge at you or your children in the hallways.) The room was clean and comfortable and well appointed. We have stayed at many hotels over the years, and we agree that this was one of the most pleasant stays. A big thank you to the kind and welcoming staff too!
