Very big rooms. Room wasn't ready on time. We were reminded that check-in begins at 3:30. Does checkout begin at 11:00? Just apologize, you don't have to make it seem like it's my fault for coming too early. Breakfast was underwhelming. Most hotels seem to be struggling with execution in the covid age. This one is also.

do not eat at the pizza factory which is across the parking lot, My order took 90 minutes to cook, terrible service, loud and the staff took no responsibility for the delay

It’s a nice hotel the rooms are lovely cozy the beds are great. The staff is pleasant. There is a grassy area between the rooms and the main office, if you Have the dogs in your car overnight, you van take them on the lawn area. They also have two pet friendly rooms which are very nice. I’ve stayed there twice on the way down and the way back
