(The sink was located outside of the bathroom). My husband went to breakfast and the waffle maker did not work, so he was going to get cereal, but there was no milk. "

"Terrible experience with Expedia. They refused to cancel my reservation after I called them to cancel after I got to the motel and found out all the rooms were non smoking. I told them I'm going literally across the street to Super 8 and getting a room through them and still refused. So I see....i get charged for a room i'm not even staying in!! Keep up the bad work."
