Nice hotel with a great breakfast buffet. Was very close to eating restaurants and things to do near by. The hotel was nice and clean and well kept up even though it looked to be a older hotel. Only thing we wished they had was vending machines, they have what is called the market place in front by the check in area where they sold drinks and snacks and eat, they were really low on items and they said the shipment wouldn't come in until after the new year, we went during the new year eve weekend. The hotel is located next to a old cemetery which was kind of creepy and I thought a odd location for a hotel but it was ok. The hotel is located by the freeway but it was still a quiet stay.

Relaxing and Quiet, Price was excellent for service recieved

I noticed all new artwork on the walls and ne wlarge flat screen tvs in both of the rooms my family booked this summer. The pool was clean and the bathroom had a nice curved rod that made for more room while showering. Love Hampton's beds! The staff couldn't have been more pleasant and breakfast was delicious and hot! Would definitely stay again, we use our hilton honors points often to stay and use the three very close casinos! thanks

Overdue for facelift, wireless works sometimes!

Friendly staff but manager not available to discuss problems. Wireless didn't work in room and the reception computer also inoperable. IT Help line kept on hold 20 minutes. given 2 wireless ""bridges"" that didn't work. The rooms need a major facelift. TV channel changer works intermittently, alarm clock does not. The Manager was not available in morning or evening. Front desk personnel were unaware what the 100% satisfaction guarantee on counter meant.

Hampton Inn - Sulphur, LA

Hotel is new. The facilities are well maintained and clean. The staff were attentive and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is very basic, but the coffee was fresh and good. The hotel is located adjacent to IH-10 and easy to find.

Delta Downs Alternative

Closest hotel to Delta Downs Casino if you are looking for a more affordable place to stay. Just 15 minutes from the Casino and Racetrack. The rooms are clean and have microwave and fridge which helps cut down on expenses. The staff is friendly and very helpful if you need anything like more towels or directions

Love Hampton's

Sleeping double in these double beds with the Hamptons new Cloud 9 sheets are just that - like a cloud - and you can slip right out of 'em if you move. But I love Hampton Inn's.Just don't put two people in one of their double beds and you should be fine. Better yet, get the King bed. Also, Hotel overlooks a cemetery :-{.

Excellent Hotel

We always stay at this hotel when we travel to Sulphur, and have always been pleased. This time it looked like they upgraded the rooms even more. Great hotel. Highly reccomend.
