"My bag was stolen here. The front desk in morning doesn’t speak English and I truly tried to say basics like orangutans food 123 luggage storage toilet taxi and he has no answer. I even used a translator on phone. So i left my luggage in reception since he didn’t speak English and came back to it being gone. They said there was only one bag there. I showed a photo I took with both bags and I had to go to police and get a warrant to see cctv because they didn’t want to show me the footage. 4 police officers came and they found the bag 5 hours away. I said I anger to press charges and they got the bag back to me 23 hours after it went missing. If you are white or don’t speak local language this isn’t a good place for you. They don’t even know basic English like number 12345 and they often disappear out side door to smoke and the front desk is empty of uiu do need help"
