"Really enjoyed this hotel, the beds were really comfortable the room was very clean and had everything we needed for our last minute stay, the restaurant was nice, the coffee bar had a nice selection of grab and go breakfast items? We will definitely consider another stay"

"The dapper looking gentleman with the well groomed locks under a straw fedora who greets you at the door is named Otis. He’s not just a greeter he’s a gentleman of knowledge with a soft welcoming Trini accent. He provides you with a warm greeting every time he sees you and is genuinely interested in how you spent your day. He made coming back to the hotel feel like home. It’s always a good experience at the Brix Thanks Otis! I will miss you Sudhaa! To me you’re not only the front desk representative you were my photographer, videographer, Google Maps interpreter, and much much more. Whatever we needed you were there to help. Your pleasant demeanor, smiling face and great sense of what to do, made our stay so memorable, and our experience at the Brix a lot more enjoyable. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you Sudhaa you’re simply the BEST!!!"
