Run down hotel. Stay away from breakfast in the restaurant. Cold food, stale pastries, watered down juice, old biscuits. There was a dripping noice above us all night. This place should be closed for remodeling. Hire a new company to manage restaurant.

I made restorations for one room one large bed when I got there they gave me one room and two twin beds at the checkout in the morning. I told the receptionist do not charge my debit card charge my credit card. She never did it. I gave her my charge card and I gave her my debit card. I believe they both be training.

Didn't receive the room we paid for.

Checked in late night, like 2:30am. Front desk staff asked me what rate I had paid cause he didn't know, kept saying two nights when the reservation was for three and gave us keys to the room. We got up there with all the stuff and our sleeping toddler to find out he put us in a regular room when we paid for a suite and when we called down we were told no suites were available. Went to check out and speak with a manager about a refund for the rate difference. We were told they held a suite for us the next day but there was no message on the phone in the room and they didn't make any effort to call or email me.

Deluxe 2Q Suite photos showed beds in separate rooms, but they were in same room with dated furniture in the other. Bar/Restaurant was not open. Breakfast in the morning ended at 9:00am when it was posted that breakfast goes until 10:00am.
