Checked into our hotel room shortly after check in (4pm) just long enough to drop ou bags off and head downtown to shop and grab dinner with my friends. As we are unloading our belongings in the room I instantly noticed we had NO towels OR wash cloths. I immediately called the front desk asking for towels. They delivered towels within 10 minutes! Then we left our room and headed out to dinner. Arrived back to our room around 10:30pm to find our A/C didn’t work. AGAIN I called the front desk to let them know. The lady was extremely RUDE! She made the comment “you’re just now realizing the air doesn’t work” I explained that we were gone all evening so YES I just realized the air conditioning didn’t work! She offered to send a maintenance man at 11pm and I said that wasn’t necessary because we were going to bed and didn’t want to wait up. I asked to speak with the manager and I was told I could speak to a supervisor the next morning. After waking up the next morning we discovered there was dried vomit and fecal matter all over our toilet and shower curtain (no it wasn’t from any of us) I called several times Saturday July 28th and GOT NO WHERE. Yes we were offered to move to another room in the same trashy building or pay $259 MORE to up grade to a cabin- after already paying for the crappy room we already paid for! The front desk offered to send someone to come clean our room after we were checked in and stayed ONE night! Not enough room to finish my review! Horrible service!!!
