Location and the price. I didn't like the roaches or the flimsy beds and they were too small

Pros: Location was convenient to I-5.
Cons: Most everything.
We purposefully reserved an inexpensive room so I guess we got what we paid for. There was only one hand towel in the room. I went to the desk and got another. The bottom shelf of the refrigerator was full of water - as if it had just defrosted itself. They gave me an extra bath towel to soak up the water. There was no temperature dial in the refrigerator so we did not know how cold or warm it was set. The faucet at the sink provided hot water generously but we got only a trickle when we turned it to cold water. When I inquired, I was told the maintenance man would look at the refrigerator and the faucet in the morning. We were only staying one night so we had to make do. We noticed someone had removed the smoke detector from it's bracket on the ceiling. At midnight, after we were asleep, the night manager banged on our door to inquire who we were since he said he had no paperwork telling him we had rented the room. He finally found that we had prepaid through Travelocity so the paperwork was done differently that for direct-pay customers. The "breakfast" was white bread that you could toast and two kinds of dry cereal, as well as coffee.

Awful place!!!!

They sold our non smoking room to a walk in person after we had already paid and reserved it online so we were forced to stay in a smoking room which was filthy and disgusting and had burn holes all over the pillows and blankets!! The whole room was just filthy

Agree with other review!! Stay away!!

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
Cons: Nothing close, Noisy
Unless you are a low level drug dealer, hooker, etc. Stay away. Comfortable bed but room next door had drugs by bike delivery, the route for boom blasting thugs looking for action. People upstairs throwing furniture around. Woke up to homeless guy smoking used cigarettes one door down. Asked me if I had a bus pass. Yes security cameras but no concern. Continental breakfast.

Not a family friendly place

There were people who looked like they were living in the motel, loitering in stairwells, riding bikes out of the rooms (gave it a drug-dealing atmosphere). Sleazy guys were trying to pick up on me in front of my husband and kids, very uncomfortable and unsafe feel about it (even with security cameras all over).
