The property was decorated like a cheap dormitory and very nondescript. The cleanliness was questionable. Desk service was good.

Just the air conditioning. Hotel lobby was extremely dirty Rooms are just old and tired, no ice machine It’s a not smoke hotel room and every floor lobby smelled like smoke. I will not be staying there any time soon

This is the only hotel that do not do housekeeping every day. When we went into our room after we’re gone for the day, the room was very dirty and not clean. We stay there for two nights. We expect it to be clean because we’re not staying only for the night he stayed for two nights.

I chose this hotel primarily on the basis on price. I wish I had paid a few more bucks and gone to a more upscale property (a few hundred yards away). The hallways reeked of tobacco smoke, and even though the room smelled fresh, I felt that I was in a low-rent residential hotel.

Extended Stay America is wonderful!

Pros: It was secure. All guests had to pass by the front desk to get to their rooms. And they had an elevator for those guests on the upper floors.
Cons: Maybe more choices on the free breakfast.
Location: I didn't stick around long enough to know this. Just got up and out in the morning, all refreshed.
I was booked into a different hotel that turned out to be dirty, scary, and just plain horrible!!! There was domestic violence in the room next to mine and two men had a fist fight right outside my hotel door. When I called Travelocity (from the bathroom, fearing for my life) they helped me get a different hotel and spoke with the front desk to get me refunded. Once I arrived at the Extended Stay America, they were warm, friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I will ask for this hotel in the future. Travelocity even stayed on the phone with my while I turned in my key at the horrible hotel and while I got in my car to leave. I love Travelocity so much!!!
