"The first room we got was so nasty and I'm guessing hadn't been cleaned and broken glass in the stand where the Bible was located along with dirty socks and trash behind the tv. They did change our room but the mini fridge had 2 bars of soap helping hold it up."

"The hotel was good and the common areas were clean. The hall carpets had just been cleaned. The rooms are spacious, but the bathrooms are a little small. Nothing to complain about. The pool is large, the restaurant is nice and the location is good. My only complaint is that though our room was clean it smelled like a dog had been there before us. I know that is tough for the hotel, not much they can do. They had definitely cleaned the room but I do wish hotels had designated pet friendly rooms."

"I stayed for 3 nights as my son had surgery on his leg and needed help. They upgraded me to a suite at last minute ,that had pull out bed.No additional charge. They came and opened bed and got it ready. Customer service was amazing. The cleanliness of the floors not so great,could have been better. However, beds were clean and no sign of roaches. Fridge clean etc. It did it's job for what I needed."

"I would have given it an excellent review however we were not told the pool amenity was not allowed to be used due to inspection not completed. One of the biggest reason it was chosen was for the pool. My children were very upset. I was too. I think we should not have been charged for this amenity or should have received a discount. Or we should have been told up front before we booked room."
