"The staff were welcoming and helpful. Parking costs a little extra but it is secure and easy. The room was large with comfortable beds and the shower had plenty of space for toiletries. Breakfast was pretty good. Whilst the room was superficially clean, everything could do with a bit of a deep clean, such as walls or behind seat cushions. 10 minutes by car to the city. Good for a short stay."

"Wonderful stay at Das Innsbruck with our three children. The location was amazing, right in the heart of the city, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent, and the pool area was lovely for the children after a day exploring.
