B&B HOTEL St. Pölten
If you need to stay in St Polten, stay here! New hotel, 10 minutes from the station through the park - an excellent property with superb rooms, my only disappointment was I only stayed one night! Reception very helpful and their recommendation for eating and drinking was spot on.

The hotel staff are very helpful, although the reception isn't open 24/7 and the way to contact that would be via the phone in the room (especially in the afternoon). The rooms are very clean, and the hotel is easily accessible from the main train station.
