Each floor features 16-foot sliding glass doors that open to expansive private balconies offering stunning unobstructed water views. Enter the lower level to a spacious bonus room with 10-foot ceilings, tile flooring, crown molding, and a private outdoor oasis overlooking the docks and waterways. The second level showcases an exquisite kitchen featuring Silestone quartz countertops, large center island perfect for entertaining, stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinetry and an open dining and living room area with a large balcony featuring a dining table for enjoying outdoor meals while overlooking views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Additional features on the second level include an accessible half bath and separate laundry room with washer and dryer. The third level features two guest bedrooms with custom closets and water views, and a tranquil primary retreat with a pristine ensuite bath showcasing a frameless glass shower, stone countertops, walk-in custom closet and a private terrace providing breathtaking sunset views over Clearwater’s Intracoastal Waterway.

Spacious, Clean and Beautiful!

Beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and a great location in Clearwater Beach! The home was spotless when we arrived for our four nights. Traveling with four teenagers, there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out or hang as a group. Communication from the host was timely and description of the amenities is very accurate. Everything is within walking distance to the home. Restaurants, beach, Pier 60, and shops! Highly recommend this location and hosts to those looking to stay off the “busy” beach front of Clearwater but close enough to enjoy it when you want!

Magnificent rental unit!

My family and I had the pleasure of visiting Clearwater Beach last week, and right from the start, it was evident that we were in for a delightful stay. The property was impeccably clean, adorned with new furnishings throughout. Each floor treated us to breathtaking views of the bay and downtown Clearwater Beach. Our host generously provided beach chairs, a few bicycles, and children's toys for those heading to the beach (shore for us northerners). Additionally, there's a well-maintained community pool on-site, complete with a couple of grills for those inclined to cook. The host was not only exceptionally friendly but also incredibly responsive to our needs. We're eagerly anticipating our next visit and hoping this listing will be available once again.
