Primary bedroom features a King bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 Full beds and a hallway bathroom. The Living room has a Sleeper sofa.

The dining area seats 6 guests. Living area is open and has comfortable couches and a flat-screen TV. Completely renovated and fully equipped kitchen.

This property is complete with all the luxuries and more one would expect, providing an ideal location for a fun relaxing wonderful getaway!

Sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunset or walk to many restaurants and shops. This unit is located in North Clearwater Beach about 4 blocks from the Pier. It is the best location you could be i.

Unit is located on the second floor, there is no elevator here.

Clearwater Beach

This property was steps away from the beach. Having morning coffee on the deck was amazing seeing the dolphins in water in front of our place.The place was very clean and had beach chairs and beach towels available to use.The property managers were so polite and very quick to respond to any questions, not to mention how nice they were on site.The entire complex was super clean. Needless to say we will be back.Overall a great experience!

Excellent communication with property management. Location location location location. Pool was a great size and plenty of seating. Beach was incredible and so easy to walk to. Rental. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and grilling. Very clean. Great layout. Plenty of seating options. Others have left sand umbrellas and chairs which was an added bonus. Unit has plenty of towels for beach and pool. Parking was right by the door to stairwell. No elevator. Shower/tub combo on both bathrooms with good water pressure. Washer and dryer in unit. Need to run dryer for 2 cycles to dry a full load but no biggie.

This was in a quiet part of the beach. The apartment had TV's in every room! It was great for everyone to be able to watch what they wanted. The pool was warm. Food nearby. Great location and great condo.

Great location & property manager was awesome!!

Great location to restaurants and literally just steps to the white sands and blue waters. The first day we arrived, i noticed the windows were open in living room. The mechanism to close them was broken, so i contacted the manager and maintenance was there to fix the following morning! Also there were extra toliet paper, dish soap, shampoo, body wash, cream rinse and trash bags.

Great vacation rental!

This place was terrific! Very clean, a great location and well equipped. Loved being able to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. It was exactly as pictured and the surrounding property and pool were very clean. A great find!

This unit is updated and steps from the beach. The property manager, Mona, was very courteous and responsive. We stayed 4 weeks. The pool was clean and well kept. Two sets of stairs to our unit. Kitchen well stocked excet for flatware.

Great experience. We had our 3 kids with us on our family vacation and the location of this condo is a great location with the beach within a short walk and the pool being in great condition. Also with the park across the street, it added to great experience with the kids. Would definitely come back.
