Esta casa es el lugar perfecto para toda la familia. Ubicado en North Clearwater Beach, este townhome de 4 habitaciones y 2 1/2 baños cuenta con todo lo que su familia necesita para unas vacaciones fabulosas. Este condominio de 5 pisos ofrece amplias vistas de las puestas de sol sobre la playa y las luces nocturnas de la bahía desde su terraza privada en la azotea, bar / fregadero, parrilla de gas y muchos asientos.

Un ascensor privado proporciona acceso de primera clase para todos, desde el nivel del garaje hasta la azotea. 2do nivel: cocina, mesa de comedor (asientos 6) Sala de estar, televisor con pantalla inteligente de 50 pulgadas, 1/2 baño.

3er Nivel: Cama Queen en 1 habitación y 2 camas Queen en la habitación 2. Se puede acceder a una entrada doble al baño completo Jack & Jill desde cualquier habitación. Hay televisores de pantalla plana con cable en cada habitación.

Cuarto nivel - Master suite con cama de matrimonio. Balcón con vistas al Golfo de México. Pequeño dormitorio con litera - doble sobre una cama de tamaño completo. El baño incluye bañera de hidromasaje y una ducha extra grande. El dormitorio principal tiene un televisor de pantalla plana con cable.

5to nivel: terraza en la azotea con bar, mini refrigerador, parrilla de gas y espectaculares puestas de sol sobre el Golfo de México. Tiene mesa y sillas para comedor y sala de estar para 9 personas. No se olvide de las vistas abiertas de los canales intracosteros desde el otro extremo de la terraza donde puede disfrutar de las luces nocturnas.

clearwater townhouse

The townhouse is in a great location: 2 blocks from a wonderful beach with umbrellas and chairs, close to restaurants, a nice neighborhood and a park with playground across the street. The rooftop deck is the only outside space and is very comfortable with good views. We needed an elevator and it worked well.The house needed a deep cleaning and we found trash under the furniture and a wad of hair in the shower drain.The park near by with a swimming pool wasn't open due to hurricane damage and this info was known by the owner but not shared. The hot tub on roof did not have a cover and was dirty from blowing dust. The beds were comfortable.

Big on Location Short on Cleanliness

Great location…minutes walk from the strip…beautiful beach and great beach bar (Palm Pavillion) a block away!Nice condo…well laid out and enjoyable for families.Not so clean upon arrival, especially the outdoor decks…place needs some maintenance attention as well.Owner was responsive and attentive!

Fabulous family getaway.

Perfect accommodations for family. Location wonderful. Easy access to beach, pool, park and restaurants. Lots of space for all. Laundry facilities were ideal. Rooftop amazing. We had a glitch with internet connection and our host Kate arranged for help immediately! Garage filled with lots of beach toys for all ages. The neighborhood is so close to the beach and yet very safe and quiet. We will be back!

Everything you need in a perfect location!

This property is situated perfectly near the main strip and the beach. It's quiet and private yet steps away from everywhere you want to be. The house is in great condition and is furnished and equipped nicely. You have great views from the rooftop. The owner is very responsive. The area is family friendly and felt very safe.

Walkable and quiet

I stayed here for a week with 5 adults, child, and infant. It’s appreciated that we things are provided (e.g., towels, beach equipment, dish soap). The top floor has its own thermostat and ac, which is nice. There’s a nice roof top that has a great view of the beach and bay. Owner was responsive to our needs and stayed in close contact. I would stay again.

Summer Ease

Overall a great townhome. The elevator a godsend. Loved hanging on the rooftop. Sure, a few things that could use updates. Suggestion for easier settling in. A friend has a rental ‘notebook’ with anything one needs to know….ie thermostats, what is where, things in area, garbage p/u, etc. We found we kept running across ‘notes’ about all that all over the house. 😊 Thanks so much for being so responsive.

4th of July

Had a good stay. Great location! Loved the rooftop and jacuzzi. Not complaining just pointing a couple things out. Darker curtains on east side bedrooms, more towels, facecloths, and trash cans full and stinky when we got there. Trash day is Thursday so I’m sure this is not easy to coordinate. I would highly recommend to a group of 8-10 Plus can’t beat the beach

Very nice!!

Just off Clearwater Beach, a very short walk. Multi-level unit, which, while unusual, worked very well for our family situation. (Not the place for you if you have anyone with mobility issues.) The deck on top floor was great. The pictures are accurate. Recommend the "Palm Pavilion Restaurant," two blocks away and on the beach. We enjoyed our week.

Great Time

Kate’s place was perfect for our (two) family vacation. The location was very convenient for getting to the beach and was far enough north so that it wasn’t the most congested part of the beach. It was February break when we were there so it was quite busy in the area. The roof top area was a nice place to have dinners. We did have a small issue when we first checked in (house hadn’t been completely cleaned yet) but Kate responded quickly in a professional manner and it did not have a negative impact on our experience. We’d definitely come back and stay here again. Thanks, John

Fantastic place, fantastic location

We loved the property, it is located within walking distance to pretty much everything in Clearwater Beach, and only a block over from the beach. It is well equipped with beach items as well as kitchen and living items. There is ample room for people to spread out for privacy when wanted or to come together in common areas. We all loved the rooftop deck. Highly recommended!

Amazing property & amazing location!

We absolutely loved this property. The rooftop views are incredible and we were pleasantly surprised that there was a park for the kids just across the street. You can see the beach access from the rooftop, it’s just a block away! Will definitely return.

Great location!

It was our first trip to Clearwater Beach, and we enjoyed the area so much. Friendly people and great food with a clean, white beach. So nice! The recent reviews of the property on VRBO are accurate. When we had an issue and contacted the owner, she responded promptly and send someone over to address the issues even though we share led that none of the issues were deal-breakers for us.

Great for families or big groups. Perfect location

We had a great time. Very close to the beach. We had to wait a little bit to get in because the group before us trashed the place so the poor cleaning person was still there when we checked in but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall great place to stay

Perfect Home for Multi-Family Vacation

It was a perfect house for multi-family vacation. Both families were able to share yet have privacy. Neighborhood was nice. Only warning is that there is a karaoke bar across the street that opened late and you the music echoed.

Enjoyed being able to walk to beach and restaurants. Listing is a bit deceiving…unable to host more family as planned due to limited seating above the six staying in unit. No closets in bedrooms, very little room to unpack. Fun artwork but furniture and furnishings are dated/worn.

Great location and property

We loved being able to walk to the beach so easily. You can watch the sunrise or sunset from the roof. Nine of us were comfortable at the property. Plenty to see and do in the area. We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The property owner responded quickly to any of our questions.

Perfect spot for a family vacation

Loved how close this property was to everything - beach, community pool, dining, ice cream shops, etc within walking distance. Lots of excursions close by as well: We went paddleboarding on the intercoastal with dolphins, deep sea fishing, and rented jet skis. Kate reached out immediately on first day of arrival to see how we we doing. She was super communicative as a new appliance was needing attention, and she was on top of it. Plenty of room for an adult couple, grandparents, and four teens to spread out. The only downside was lack of bedroom closets and a pantry. Overall, loved the place and we created a lot of memories here!

Overall good place

There are a lot of stairs, elevator is slow so quicker to take the stairs. The pictures of the pool are a little deceiving. It says community pool as if it’s the condo’s private pool but there is no pool. It’s the city’s pool. I wish I’d known this beforehand. The owner was great to communicate with. TVs were not working and she immediately had the routers restarted and then they were fine. Small living area for 10 people, and kitchen seating. Beach chairs and beach cart were nice and a short walk to the beach and other shops and restaurants.

Relax at the beach week

Absolutely loved it! We will definitely be back. Host was very responsive to any questions. We had 5 of our college student ages with us and they had blast at beach and just walking to everything at night. Great location. We had a great family vacation and condo is as described. Plenty of room and balconies to separate too if you want to read etc. Thank you very much Kate we had an amazing time. Best, AM

Spacious place with great rooftop view!

Very cool 4 story rental! Be ready for a lot walking up and down stairs but really fun place to stay. There is an elevator for taking up your luggage. And the rooftop level with a hot tub was terrific! The owner was very responsive too. Definitely would stay here again!
