Beach House Suites by the Don CeSar
"We had a suite directly facing the beach on the 3rd floor. The view was amazing, the amount of space for our party of 4 was awesome, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Everything was clean, check-in/out were both easy & quick, and the private balcony overlooking the beach/ocean was a big plus. It was also cool to have access to all the nice/fancy amenities at the larger/main Don Cesar building right down the road, while being able to come back to our more quiet, secluded suite building with a more peaceful, slow paced atmosphere out of the fray of things. The only drawback for us was that it didn't mention anywhere when booking that we couldn't use our own beach chairs/umbrellas... their "private" beach in front of the property has chairs/umbrellas provided , but they are kinda far from the water (and you can't move them closer) you aren't allowed any personal beach chairs or umbrellas on "their" beach- which lines the whole front of the property. The property next to it on the left also has the same restrictions, so you have to walk a little ways down the beach to the right where their private stretch of beach ends, and the public beach begins (if you want to set up your own stuff and/or be closer to the water). Not too big of a deal for some people I guess, just for us we like to have our own chairs/umbrella and be basically right on the waters edge all day- especially as paying guests at just under $1k a night.."
