"Location is excellent! The hotel is generally well-kept. I have been there 2 years in a row and this was my third time. I loved it enough to keep coming back and planned to make it my annual summer vacation spot. However, this time, housekeeping could be improved…my room wasn’t cleaned during my 6-day stay. When I asked mid-week for a change towels, re-supply toilet paper, etc, the bare minimum was done, no cleaning was done, no beds made, no bath mat was replaced, and they left the dirty towels and bags of garbage on the chairs outside my room. Next morning I asked a cleaner to move them. Not so happy with that. I would also like to see the return of the cabanas on the beach for use by the guests and the hours of use for the beach chairs and umbrellas extended to 6pm (or at the very least 5:30). There should also be rules for the pool, specifically pertaining to no ball throwing in the pool (even if the ball is a soft sponge ball)….kids and adults were throwing the ball to each other and I found it inconsiderate with other guests wanting to enjoy the pool."
