"My third time staying at Crowne Plaza Kitchener. The staff is exceptional! They even remembered me! Always extremely professional, kind, accommodating, and patient. My upgraded room was so comfortable and clean. Aqua, the restaurant, is delicious and the wait staff is wonderful. I also used the fitness centre this visit. Was surprised at how many options for working out are available. An exercise room, pool, bowling alley, putt putt golf! I will be staying there again soon!"

"Great decor, unique property. TV didn’t work very well, the thermostat didn’t seem to turn from AC to heat, and the blinds didn’t keep the room dark come 7:30. The room was very stylish and the staff very friendly and helpful! "

"Property is run down. Staff do not seem to understand English much. TV in my room does not function- flashing green lines Room cleaning service did not come to clean despite letting front desk know Coffee at front desk cold, no hot water in thermos Air conditioner in room noisy"

"Got a notice in the morning that water will be shut off for maintenance from 8 am. So pretty much had to leave by 9 am - had to shuffle my schedule due to this inconvenience. Checking in required signing 3/4 forms. Too complicated for a regular check in. Will not be staying here again. "

"A very enjoyable stay in the heart of Kitchener. Parking is not included but the municipal parking directly outside the window was helpful. So quiet despite being right downtown. The heat pump is genius, and we appreciated the AC so much when it was in the 30's over the weekend. Comfortable bed, and everything worked as posted. Thanks!"
