When we arrived after a terribly long day of traveling. Ready to crash for the night and they tell us they’re “all sold out.” We reserved our rooms a week ago. They were able to “find” one room and then squeezed the second family into a single room. Not ideal.

I reserved a non handicap Ron with 2 double beds. I was given a handicap room that was dirty, had no hooks to hang towels, hangers etc, had a shower floor that flooded everytime the shower ran, horrible water pressure due to the 'shower wand' and top it off, the room smelled. The front desk tried to say it was their only avail 2 double bed room (BS). AND WHO PUTS A HANDICAP ROOM ON THE 8TH FLOOR??? IF THERE'S A FIRE. DO YOU EXPECT A WHEELCHAIR TO MAKE IT DOWN 8 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS?? I asked for a discount on the room, was told no. The room sucked. Customer service sucked and parking sucked.

WONDERFUL Staff!

The staff at this hotel is wonderful! The manager on duty the evening I checked in helped make what was a VERY trying day just a little better with her kind words and helpful attitude. We had a VERY large group and everyone went above and beyond to make certain we had everything we needed, from extra towels and hairdryers in rooms shared by 4 girls trying to all get ready at the same time to extra seating and serving utensils for our dinner. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the St Louis area!

Marriott quality w a few quirks

Pros: Marriott quality, great staff, deluxe room.
Cons: Internet! Signage on nearby roads
Location: upscale suburban amenities
Great hotel but just a few weird disappointments. Have stayed here many times over the years since it opened. although we once lived nearby, it is still difficult to find due to the highway/road construction and bypasses. Room was great, staff is excellent! Free internet was awful! Upgraded internet is $9.95 daily PER device, even with Marriott Rewards.

Nice hotel near Chesterfield

Pros: The hotel was very clean and well maintained.
Cons: The AC unit in our room was very loud when it was running, it sounded like a train/plane was passing by. More towels could be provided.
Location: 10 minutes to Forest Park, 20 minutes to downtown St. Louis.
We booked this hotel last minute to visit St. Louis. For the price we expected much worse! The hotel is excellently kept. When we were there they had a wedding and a graduation party, but we couldn't hear anything from our room. There isn't much to do around the hotel, but it's a short drive to Chesterfield, St. Charles, 10 minutes to Forest Park, and 20 minutes to downtown St. Louis. Parking is free, the outside pool was clean and used by many people. Staff was friendly and room was clean. The area felt very safe.

The room was great and bed very comfortable...but would have been better with a complimentary breakfast.

Pros: Close restaurants, close to shopping mall
Cons: no complimentary breakfast
Nice hotel away from the city...but within a few miles of lots of stores and great places to eat for any occasion. I would definitely stay here again with just my husband and I. But because there is no complimentary breakfast and the breakfast at the on-site restaurant is kind of high, I wouldn't stay here is I were bringing my family.

Cons: No free Internet, $18 movies
The room was fine. It is in a good location. However, $18 to watch a movie?! $10 to log on to WiFi each time?!!

Very friendly desk staff who remembered your name. No airport shuttle but offered car service at taxi prices.

Very friendly desk staff who remembered your name. No airport shuttle but offered car service at taxi prices. Lobby had three computers and internet connections for guest use. Rooms had free wifi or cable internet.
