Upon arrival we noticed that the bathroom light didn't work well, the bathroom fan was broken and the phone was missing more then half the buttons. We brought it to the attention of the front desk and was told maintenance would come in the following day, but no one came for our entire stay. To make things worse one of the beds had a body groove, which made sleeping uncomfortable.

The nightly rate was excellent, check-in was smooth, the staff was welcoming. The room was spotless. The hotel is in a convenient location. The cooked breakfast was a good price and delicious (reservations strongly recommended for breakfast).
