The outside is deceiving as the rooms are really nice. No carpet which is preferred, and very clean. Wonderful staff. I was pleasantly surprised at how great these accommodations were given the price and the fact that it’s not a hotel.

The room was clean and cozy. Cozy in a homey way not small. Room were actually spacious and comfortably. The mattress was perfectly soft and comfortable as well. I especially love the family who care this hotel. They were friendly and accommodating. I stayed 2 separate times because we loved our stay.lots of homey touches. Great in room supplies and morning snacks. Lovely touch.

While this is an older property it was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and always available. It was an easy 20 minutes to Niagara Falls or Niagara on the Lake. There were plenty of wineries nearby. We would stay there again.
