Nuestra ubicación es perfecta en cualquier época del año.
Una experiencia de condominio única: un entorno que se encuentra a pocos pasos de las hermosas playas planas o utiliza las bicicletas de playa que ofrecemos o estacionamiento gratuito al lado del muelle. Todas sus necesidades de playa: sombrilla, toallas, sillas de playa ... ¡y un carrito de playa!
Como explica un compañero de vacaciones: ¡es la colmena para comenzar a explorar la ciudad más antigua de América! Tantas aventuras si elige participar o no. Hemos disfrutado de tantos lugares en el tiempo que pasamos en St. Agustín. Primero caminar a la playa, nadar, pescar en el muelle, andar en bicicleta hacia el intercoastal con las gaviotas por la mañana, jugar al voleibol, pasar el rato escuchando los conciertos al aire libre y la música que resuena en los puntos calientes locales.

Restaurantes temáticos geniales como The Conch House y el recientemente renovado Panama Hattie’s. Restaurante Salt Life que puede recogerlo en un carrito de golf si bebe más de uno; la tienda de tacos conocida por sus tacos de ovnis, la panadería francesa de Le petit que tiene tortillas increíbles que son tan grandes que tendrás que compartir ... ¡o no! Geez no se ha referido al distrito histórico que tiene tanta buena comida y cenas agradables / pintorescas, entretenimiento, visitas turísticas y lugares para relajarse y tomar una copa mientras escucha música y gente mirando desde uno de los muchos balcones. Hay estacionamiento público, sin embargo, sugerimos el Trolley Rojo, Uber, aLyft o incluso tomar las bicicletas si es del tipo atlético.

Hay un mercado de agricultores varias mañanas durante la semana, así como importantes conciertos en el anfiteatro local, al que puede llegar en bicicleta o en coche a menos de una milla. Fechas y horarios disponibles en The Social of St. Agustín en internet.

El voleibol está disponible en las 6 canchas de playa al lado del muelle. Una de nuestras cosas favoritas para hacer.

Me gusta la tienda de segunda mano de adopción de mascotas a .5 millas de distancia por cosas únicas (al esposo no le gusta ese tipo de caza) y no olvides ir a la granja de caimanes aunque esté demasiado cerca de las adopciones de mascotas🧐🦔 para mi gusto. (Sólo una broma). ¡Tantas aventuras en el lugar más genial de la historia y somos originarios de Nueva York!

The best hosts ever!

The condo was great, the beds were comfortable, and there were a lot of supplies provided, including many things for the beach. It is convenient to A1A Beach and A1A, as well as St Augustine. Lori and John gave so much information about things to do and were very kind and understanding when we had car problems. We were so thankful that we could stay an extra night and they further helped us with a late checkout. They are truly dog friendly and the dog fee is really reasonable, plus there’s a beautiful area to walk them with a fence for privacy. The pool was an added bonus too. I look forward to another trip to St Augustine but I will be sure to schedule it for when A Place To Be is available!

It was definitely the place to be

We had an awesome time. Everything was close, the beach and the pool were an easy walk. If you choose to drive to the beach it's free parking. Shopping was no problem and found plenty of restaurants to try. Going back to the condo was like going home. Everything was there. A well stocked kitchen, even had a potato peeler. There's a full table and chairs which we actually used. Rare for us. We usually eat in the TV room it was a very nice change . The living room had plenty of seating. The TV was easily seen from any where you sat. There's 2 full baths wit the one right off the master bedroom. Nice comfortable mattress and the TV far enough away not to bother someone in the living room. Washer and dryer and a dishwasher. Highly recommend you give it a try.

Our second time staying here. Both times its been fantastic. And we are hoping next year will be number 3. It really is, “the place to be”. Location for our purposes is perfect. The beach, great food, and the amphitheater within a bike ride or walk. The place is exactly as described, fairly priced and with all the beach amenities provided sure makes packing the car easier. The wagon is a life saver for the beach! Im sure there are more expensive places to stay, but none any better at giving you every opportunity to thoroughly enjoy all that St Augustine offers. Try an ebike, we got ours from Sun and Fun, more really nice folks, and those bikes are FUN!

Perfect Spot

Great value for the price. The condo was perfectly situated for us and very comfortable. It was clean and ready for guests upon arrival. Hosts were great and provided everything needed to make for a wonderful vacation.

Out With the Old

Condo was dark and dated. Needs a good paint job and new bedroom carpet. The Queen bed mattress was horrible. Husband got out of bed and slept on sofa all week. Appliances were old, rusty and there were bugs in the hand sanitizer in the kitchen. We found a dead snake in one of the bedroom wicker baskets. Bath tub needs updating and upstairs guests were noisy every night. After we used a bath towel for a bath mat in each bathroom ( we couldn't find any) there were 4 bath towels left for 4 people. Had to wash towels everyday and dishes as well, none of which matched(towels or dishes )The 2 beach chairs for adults in the closet were old, rusted and nearly broke apart when used.The complex pool was closed all week which was never communicated to us prior to arriving at the condo. I'm sure the owners new about it as HOA sends out emails to owners about such things. Very disappointing for renters with young kids looking to swim on vacation. The free version of ROKU on the TV was horrible too. No premium channels to watch like Disney+, HGTV, Discovery, exct. Internet speed of 100 meg made downloading our pics extremely slow. Took over 24 hours. Condo location was very good but owners need to put some of the money they're getting back into the condo for improvements.

Nice Area

The condo was in a very nice area. Short walk to the beach and restaurants on the strip. Short drive to Historic area of Saint Augustine which is very beautiful!! The master bath had not been cleaned so i cleaned it myself and there was a dirty plate left in the cabinet which i also cleaned. The floors are beautiful the master bath has been redone nicely. The main bath could use some updating and the carpet in the bedrooms need changing. Yes i would stay there again. Thank you Lori and John

Great location for walking to the Beach

Loved the location as it was away from the hustle & bustle of downtown and was close to the beach for walking to each day. It was nice that a beach wagon, chairs, beach bag and towels were provided so we didn’t have to bring ours from home. I did like that we are on the bottom level so we didn’t have to climb the stairs, but the downside was the people above us. You could hear them walking around.

as close to perfection as you can get…

For my wife and I. Our 2nd trip to St Augustine. First trip we knew we wanted to come back, also knew we didnt want to stay where we did. Luckily, we found this place. As far as the booking process, everything worked exactly as designed. I had a few questions along the way, Lori was incredibly quick to answer. The place was very clean, comfortable, well stocked, plus some very kind niceties added just because I got the feeling they want their guests to not just give them money, but to REALLY enjoy their time there, like obviously they do. The location, again for us, was fantastic! Easy walk to the beach, where we spent hours each day. The beach, in April, for this winter worn couple was just incredible. Could not have ordered better weather for our stay. Close to everything that mattered as far as we were concerned. I really cant say enough good things about St Augustine, this condo and what an extraordinary time we had. If I had one suggestion, and its very small, but can make a big difference, add an air pump for bike tires to your really well stocked beach closet. I fished a lot, taking rods and holders, tackle, bait, all the stuff a fisherman “needs” required us renting a wagon from Drifters, 5 days for ~30 bucks! Worked perfect. We have fallen in love with St Augustine,our 11hour trip home today we made promises to each other this will be a yearly trip for us going forward. Highly recommend this place! Just please dont book up April!

Enjoyment Personified

This was an absolutely enjoyable experience! From the onset of checking into our perfect 'home away from home' location, everything was just as advertised in the VRBO listing. The close proximity to all of our likes made it more enjoyable. The nearby beach was exceptional for daily morning walks and the fishing pier was great! The fireworks display, sunset cruise and the Night of Lights tour were memory lasting events and definitely worth returning to experience. We look forward to returning to this area!

We enjoyed our stay all the added touches were especially nice; wine, bottled water, memory rocks, lots of games and a great lending library, bikes, beach chairs, towels etc!! We especially loved being able to take our dog. We would defiantly stay again.
