Salt Therapy North is an entire home in St. Augustine, Florida, set within the North Vilano Beach community. Designed across three spacious levels, it offers 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2.5 baths for up to 6 guests. A private elevator connects each floor, providing easy access throughout the home.

Located just steps across A1A from a wide sandy shoreline, the home offers convenient beach access without the crowds. The nearby Atlantic becomes part of your daily routine, whether you’re heading out for an early stroll or taking in ocean views as the day winds down.

Saltwater Pool and Outdoor Living
Beyond the beach, you’ll also have access to a shared outdoor pool - available all year, saltwater. The pool sits close by, making it easy to alternate between beach time and a refreshing swim. Outdoor spaces include a patio or balcony and a grill area, creating a relaxed setting for time outside.
The pool here is unheated, although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub).

Boater-Friendly Convenience
For guests traveling with a boat or trailer, the property includes free driveway parking on premises - 3 spaces, along with nearby access to local launch points. After time on the water, you can return to the comfort of a private entrance and an easy home base near the Intracoastal area.

To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening). Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
It’s free, and only requires creating an account if you’re bringing a pet or animal. After booking, you’ll receive a link to complete the process. Thanks for your cooperation!

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.
-Pool is Not Heated & shared with the South house. No hot tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through garage.
-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
