This is the vacation home you’ve been looking for! Start your day off with an amazing sunrise view right from your home away from home! Enjoy a refreshing swim at the heated pool just steps away from your front door. The large poolside patio with wireless internet access has lounges, chairs, tables, and umbrellas, as well as a covered area with overhead fans to stay cool and out of the sun. If you need a little exercise, amenities include two tennis courts, as well as a shuffleboard area.

The only thing between you and the beach is the dunes!! Vacation your cares away with a tranquil beach day just over the private beach walkway. Anastasia Island offers miles of gorgeous beaches with clear blue-green waters and the white powder sand that you will sink right into! Whether it's walking the beach, reading a book while basking in the sun, surfcasting, surfing, boogie boarding, or watching dolphins play to bring a smile to your face, you'll find this is a wonderful place to do just that! This is a drive-on beach area, complete with a car ramp right next door! Don't worry about the salt and sand on the car, there is a simple car wash area right in the parking lot.

The Anastasia Condominium development is a pristine and quiet, gated community, but not far from the action... If you’re looking for things to do, there are several restaurants options within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay at the beach condo. It was a short and easy walk to the beach from the unit. The until was also convenient to the pool. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the unit was clean. I would book here again next time I come to St Augustine.

Great for beach lovers and kids.

Best for young families as it is close to the beach. For older people it is a bit of a walk to bring clothes and bring groceries but they do have carts. Weather was a little cold and windy this year but that's not normal. Good stay

The condo is conveniently located on the floor level, so coming and going with a wagon full of beach chairs and towels is very easy. However, there’s no beach view due to the dune being higher than the floor level windows. The condo is tastefully decorated and stocked better than any condo I’ve ever stayed in. This was our 4th stay in St Augustine, and this was one of our favorites!
