Walked into reception. Very friendly. Received 2 keys 2 bottles of water. 1 room key didn't work. Wanted to pour water in cup in room. ZERO cups. 2 coffee lids only. Went to dry hands. 5 wash clothes 2 large towels. No hand towels. 1/2 roll of toilet paper only. Bed sheets were not even put on bed correctly. Pillows were flat as pancakes. For the price we paid for our room is was definitely not worth it. I've stayed in many hotel rooms. Never again a Hilton. Some type of refund should most certainly granted. Location was good. Nice restaurant next door.

The staff is very kindly and welcoming. The room smelled damp and the air conditioning did not cool very well. On the other hand, the adjoining rooms are not even remotely soundproof—you can hear people walking right in front of your door. The gym is well equipped and clean, but the air conditioning was not working.

Out of the five days we stayed there only two staff members took the time to smile at us and say hello. Upon our arrival I was met by Matthew who was not in a good mood and was less than nice. The hotel itself was older but the carpets were stained and the walls dirty. We had an issue with our fridge and Shelby the front desk clerk told us that it’s more of a cooler than a fridge and ignored me. I had to come back the next day and a different clerk helped me.

The room was clean, however there was no bar of soap on the bathroom vanity. And when we got off the elevator on the 2nd floor all you could smell was a strong odor of marijuana as you went down the hallway! Other than that, everything was good! Desk clerk very pleasant!
