Great little getaway with my family and our pups. Quiet neighborhood (construction going on but otherwise quiet) and safe to walk your pets any time of day. Property and surrounding areas are very well kept - you can tell people take a lot of pride in their homes. Super easy access to downtown St. Augustine - the only traffic is if the draw bridge is up. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nicole was very quick to respond when I had a question. We had no problem accessing the house and once there we totally enjoyed our stay. House was very clean and well equipped. I loved this property! The location is great and so convenient to everything! I loved the decor and it was great being able to have our little Pomeranian dog with us for this vacation! Our stay was clean & comfortable. Our pets loved the house and walks in the neighborhood. The backyard was fine and small with six foot fence which was great for letting our older pups out after dark. We will definitely stay here again if in town again!

We enjoyed our stay. We went to four different beach and they were easy to get to. We were able to see the fireworks from downtown St. Augustine by walking a few houses down the street. The neighborhood is beautiful. We walked to dinner a few times.

Clean and very close to downtown

This was about a 20 minute walk to town, it was so clean and Noelle was available anytime we needed anything! Very quiet, comfortable little neighborhood. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, bathroom had clean towels and the TV had a Roku so we could watch movies.

The location of this duplex was ideal. Situated in a safe neighborhood for walking and bike riding, close to historic St Augustine and the beaches. Nice front porch to hang out on, small duplex but sufficient for two people. I think it’d be cramped with four or more. Host was very available every time we made contact. She was helpful and very sweet. We stayed for a month and everything we needed was provided since we cooked a majority of the time. I did buy more dish towels and wash cloths but no big deal. Beach chairs were provided also. Would definitely book this again.

A great little place!

Firsr let me say that we live about an hour and a half away from S.t Augustine and visit often, always staying in a hotel if we're not day tripping. We chose this house specifically for it's proximity to the Bridge of Lions for our 4th of July getaway with the kids. If possible, I will always choose Here Comes the Sun from now on when we're with our kids. The house was so clean and perfect for our 2 day trip.

It’s a really cute duplex. Very well decorated. Pretty clean as well. The neighbor next door came to apologize for his dogs possibly being noisy on day 1. However the dogs howled constantly through the day and our visit if we came back to the house to change or relax. Small dead lizard in bathroom and small back yard area if bring pets. Front lawn has nice green grass but does need cut.
