Much of property was damaged, like screens broken, patio door broken where we could not lock it for our dogs, baseboard came apart, patio blinds broken on first try to open them, and the kitchen sink was very dirty. It was dated in decor and furnishings.However, we had a really good stay otherwise. Big enough to entertain friends twice over lunch, even with a small kitchen. The views were wonderful and the property was gorgeous. The beach here gave us really pretty small shells in multiple vibrant colors. However, traversing the divots the large vehicles made in the sand at the entrance to the beach were a bit difficult to walk over, in case you have someone in your group that has walking difficulties. But beach here was so peaceful and beautiful, without a large crowd, as we came at end of December. We enjoyed the lighted parking lot for our pups and coming and going at dark. It was close to Anastasia Catholic Church and close to stores like Walgreens, etc. Although we are very used to more maintained properties, we had a good stay.
