Relájese en este acogedor y confortable apartamento para cuatro en el centro histórico de San Agustín, a solo 2 cuadras de la calle peatonal de Hypolita, en el corazón de San Agustín.

Los hermosos jardines rodean este edificio romántico de estilo español recientemente renovado y esta propiedad de estilo boutique cuenta con solo 8 apartamentos claramente diferentes que fueron completamente renovados en 2017-19.

El objetivo era mantener un ojo cuidadoso para preservar el aspecto original, y las características que hacen que esta propiedad sea única aún están intactas.

A Lovely Spot

Me, my wife, and son stayed at this delightful little spot. We were all very 'Goldilocks' on our initial walkthrough, "Oh wow, this is just right!" The owner was friendly and communicative via the Vrbo messaging, our instructions were spot on, and we were all very happy with our stay. The walk to the historic district of St. Augustine was just long enough to work off the extra calories from over-eating.

First time in St. Augustine

Perfect location for a visit. The apartment is located close to the historic area in a beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed walking all over. The property is well- kept and comfortable. It is fully equipped to make you feel like home. We enjoyed our coffee on the balcony.

Easy access to historic sections of St. Augustine

Excellent location for walking to downtown sites, shopping, and food/drinks. We arrived a couple hours early, but host said our unit had already been cleaned and we were allowed to move in early to start our exploration of the area. Unit was exactly as advertised.

Great getaway

Our family of four stayed for 5 days and had a great time! The place was very clean, comfy and perfect for what we needed and was looking for. We had plenty of space and loved our time relaxing on the balcony in the evenings. Everything was a 10-13 min walk and was very easy to get around. We were planning on riding the trolley during the day but didn’t need to because things were so close and an easy walk. The host was also very quick to respond and was helpful if we needed anything and answered our questions. We can’t wait to come back and will definitely add this to our favorite list! Thank you Michael and Kristen for a great Thanksgiving getaway for our family!

Fabulous Getaway

This was a great location- we were able to walk or get an inexpensive Uber to anywhere we wanted to go! 2 separate bedrooms were perfect for me and my 2 kids, and I love the added convenience of a washer and dryer!

Perfect on all Counts

Fantastic location- easy to walk to super restaurants and old town. Recommend the Ice Plant and La Nouvelle. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures- so clean and cozy. Nice to be able to sit outside in the mornings and evenings. Great nights sleep! We will definitely recommend to friends and will return.

C8 was Great!

A very clean & convient location to Old Town. I would stay there again. Two things that would improve stay are additional electrical outlets & a stopper for the bath tub.
