The room was not what we expected. We reserved a one bedroom with a full kitchen. We got a 1 bdrm with a kitchenette. Cooking was challenging with the tiny stove/oven and no counter space. Although the room had recently been renovated, the bed dipped to the middle. The sofa bed was one of the better mattresses we have seen, though. The coffee pot was my nemesis. Came back the 1st night hoping to use it to heat water. The clean light is blinking as it brews. The water that came out was the color of weak tea. Made coffee the next morning. The coffee was bleh. We bring our own coffee. It was not the coffee. We have a drip pot at home. We know what it should taste like. Sent a text to the front deak and was promised a new coffee pot that day. We went out, and when we came back, the same one was there. Next day after a sales rep was trying to sell us on their vacation club went to the desk, they promised a clean pot. Yes, they brought a new one up and swapped it out. Same thing happened. If you are going to have drip pots and no other way to heat water expect a pot on the tiny stove, clean them! I gave up. The resort was ok. The area has seen better days. We enjoyed our time in the area. If we go back, might find somewhere else.

The property has been recently purchased by Hilton and there was some confusion at the front desk regarding the availability of my room. This is a time share place and they weren't used to doing one night stays. The room I reserved was not ready and they could not give me an estimate of how long. Anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours!? I asked for a supervisor and they were finally able to get me into another unit. The agents themselves were outstanding and the manager, Brett, took it upon himself to make sure to get a room ASAP. The issue was the recent changeover from one system to another and to compound things, this is the beginning of the heavy visitation season in Florida.

There was a issue at check in. Hotel.com reserved it as 1room - 2 bedroom deluxe, the property reserved 1room with 2 beds. Hotel.com should have reserved it as a 2 bedroom deluxe room. The person checking me in requested to see my verification letter, luckily I had it on my phone and he verified there was a mistake. The property ended up giving me a connecting rooms, it wasn't ideal but I had to make it work. I also give the person checking me in credit for doing the best he could to accommodate me.

We felt very safe during our stay. It was very nice that someone was always present at the front gate to monitor who entered the property. The unit was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on away from home. We had a great time at the pool. It was a very comfortable unit and we really enjoyed our stay. We would not be interested in a time share but would stay as a hotel guest if available.

Bad location abandoned Hall of Fame scary at night

Awful location was unaware world of golf village is completely abandoned had to drive 15 miles to souvenir shops, bealls or restaurants etc. world golf hall of fame gone to NC very sad businesses all gone. Beds are full size not queen we should’ve paid more attention to details would not return, hidden resort fees, way overpriced we left day early of course we couldn’t get reimbursed although we asked. Staff was great efficient!

Jenna at the front desk was completely rude and dismissive upon every dealing with her. She should NOT be in customer service. The overall room was good, but our feet were completely black within minutes of walking into room.

The office staff were quick to respond to a broken oven since we were cooking our meal in the condo. The golf courses in and around the area are awesome. The pool, hot tub, gym and tennis/pickle ball courts were fantastic. It’s a great spot to come to.
