"It was our second time at Hilltop in a month and our first time staying ‘pool side’ in back building. The room was dirty with dust, grime and dried spills on the wall. Fridge was full of crumbs and spills. Bathroom was gross. The main hotel is spotless; do they not give the same care to the other building? Maybe it’s just room 129 ? I did reach out through email to property but no response."
