"The hotel was clean, staff was helpful and for the most part we enjoyed our stay. I didn't appreciate Saturday at the pool, many people from the area came and used the swimming pool, it was a mess by the end of the day."

"The room was updated, and clean. All linens were fresh and the room was clean. The hotel is being updated, and you can tell there is fresh carpet, and they are working on the walls and other areas to improve the hotel. The breakfast buffet was huge and very well stocked. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool at the hotel was nice, the Splash Lagoon waterpark is an extra fee, not included in your stay, however. There is a walkway to the Waterpark, but you need to get a pass from the main Splash Lagoon entrance before you can enter, so be sure to get that before going to the park. The waterpark was huge, very clean and a lot of fun! "

"The room was very clean and well kept. Our only issue was the shower. The water did not drain properly and you end up standing in inches of water. There was a slight lip so the water stayed in the shower other wise it would have been on the other part of the floor. The staff was very friendly and the Breakfast they served was also good. This was our second time staying here. I would recommend it. It was very close to Waldameer where we spent the day."
