"Avoid the hotel if you are looking for a clean and river frontage property as they cannot guarantee you a view room even if you booked and paid in advance. Hotel is dated, air conditioner filers thick with dust (we cleaned them) and breakfast controlled buffet with little choice and small portions. Front desk experience poor, staff who claimed lost booking, no rooms we pre available paid for available and does not guarantee poor skills. Didn’t feel like the customer but a burden. Poor skills. Expedia however very good to rectify the booking confusion when contacted.
