We loved staying on the beach. The accommodations were perfect. We didn’t like the room without a microwave and the parking was not good for handicap parking. Only one down near our room. In general the parking that you had to pay for and wasn’t mentioned at registration was not good.

The Riviera Beach Resort in South Yarmouth, Cape Cod was excellent. The room was large with stylish and contemporary furnishings and very comfortable beds. The amenities were top notch, being directly on the beach was wonderful. Also, very close to excellent restaurants, including Skippers, was great. The complimentary beach loungers and beach umbrellas setup on the beachfront was awesome as well. The only thing that I would improve is the cable tv option. It was Comcast Business Class and did not include, ABC, NBC, CBS or ESPN and had a lot of redundant and useless channels. All in all a wonderful 2 day getaway at this fantastic resort!

When booking I requested and was confirmed to be ocean view first floor and upon check in was given second floor . I was not able to get right on the beach because all rooms were booked. Otherwise stay was good. I was also surprised that our room rate did not include one parking spot and had to pay an additional $25 per night to park. I'm not sure any guests walk there so everyone will have a vehicle.
