The hotel is very nice. The room is spacious and clean. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend. We will definitely stay again if we're ever staying in Wilkes Barre again.

There were bugs crawling on the walls and on the bed. Then upon leaving the next day that I killed 4 stink bugs in my room, they explained that they are an invasive species and probably came in on another guests luggage. The carpet was dingy and dark, the manual space heater on the wall was really loud and the room was so dry I couldn’t breathe the next day. Will never stay at a Fairfield again!

The bad evened out the good

The mattresses were definitely slept in, there were divots where you can tell the people always sleep. The bathroom walls had crud on them, I wasn’t going to even guess what it was. The shower did not have warm water. I wasn’t expecting hot, but at least warm would have been nice. The pool and whirlpool weren’t awful tho, my kids enjoyed it. The breakfast supplied had tons of options too and the staff was very friendly.
