Front desk girl was very nice and helpful. However, the room had an extremely strong chemical smell ( probably a cleaning product) . The room we were in had mold in the shower seams, floor edges and handles of the shower. We had about 15 minutes to eat breakfast and when we entered, there was just about no food left. No one was there to see what we may need and the room was so full, there was no place to sit and eat. The room was a small room with no windows. Just a bad location to enjoy a breakfast.

We were down to see a concert so we just needed someplace overnight. Germaine fit our needs just fine. Nothing fancy, but clean and very comfortable beds. Excellent value as was the least expensive option of many.

This property has big rooms with all amenities. Buffet breakfast is very good and suitable for travelers. Elevator is very convenient for those on upper floors. Not much food wise within walking distance but much within a short drive. Overall I could recommend this hotel.

Elderly family member stayed for early morning medical appointment. I asked desk staff if she could schedule a taxi pickup. Her response was to give ME the phone number of the local taxi. Room had no alarm clock. Had to go but one at local Walgreens. Room had no tissues. They brought us a 'travel size' box of tissues.
