Won’t stay here again

I was disappointed. The shower was hot and strong. However the furniture was cheap. The bed felt like an air mattress. As soon as I rolled over once the bottom sheet came loose and I never got it to stay again. The AC unit was awful. It took a long time to cool the room and when it was running it sounded like a helicopter. It was tough to sleep with that noise turning on repeatedly. Staff was friendly.

Stayed here for the first time recently. We come to Portland Every year for a Softball Tournament. Amazing Hotel very clean and quiet and the staff was phenomenal. Will definitely be coming back.

The front desk staff and manager were very rude and hard to deal with. I had to call multiple times to get any help. And when I finally did get someone they were very short and rude with me. The property is nice but I wouldn't recommend it if you are looking to get any level of customer service

Everyone was very nice, and the property was very clean. My only surprise, is that the beds were not made properly The sheets on the beds were sideways, instead of overlapping the blankets, as usual. I've never experienced that before. No complaints.

Just pay more to stay somewhere else nicer

Rooms and property were poorly constructed. We had mold on our shower curtain and you could tell the shower hadn’t been properly cleaned. There were cob webs in the bathroom corner. The bathroom over all was just gross. The bed was comfortable and that was the most positive part of our stay. You could really tell walking down the hall and looking at the room that they tried to poorly refab a building that was formally a different hotel building. Like a landlord who paints over a dead bug haha Literally thought that the hairdryer was going to catch on fire too, it had a very terrible plastic burning smell coming from it.
